1. Who we are

This website is operated by Talent Goals, a sole proprietorship registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 61718270, with its registered address at Heintje Davidspad 7, 1507 SW Zaandam, the Netherlands. Talent Goals runs Talent Goals – The Agency and Talent Goals Academy. Talent Goals is the controller of the personal data described in this statement. Questions? Contact us at info@talentgoals.com.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect data that you give us yourself:

• Contact form (The Agency): your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a player, parent, club or other, and your message.
• Application form (Talent Goals Academy): the player's first name, age, current club and team, and position, plus the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, and an optional message.
• Email and phone: the details you share when you contact us directly.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data only to respond to your message, to plan a trial session at Talent Goals Academy, and to stay in touch about the matter you contacted us about. We do not use your data for marketing without your permission, and we never sell it.

4. Legal basis

We process your data because you asked us to contact you (steps prior to entering into an agreement) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where we ask for your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Children

Talent Goals Academy works with young players. Applications for players under the age of 16 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian. Photos or names of players are only published with written permission, from the parents for players under 18.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties, except with service providers that help us run this website and our communication, such as our website host Netlify (which also processes form submissions) and our email provider Google (Google Workspace). These parties only process data on our behalf and under a data processing agreement. Some of them may store data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries and applications for no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. In that case, we keep the data for as long as needed for that cooperation and any legal obligations.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or statistics, and we do not measure your visit. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

9. Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, including a secure (https) connection and restricted access to form submissions.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Parents or guardians can exercise these rights on behalf of their child. Send your request to info@talentgoals.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
